Conference Carolinas Returns to Kingsport Aquatic Center for 2022 Swimming Championships

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – Conference Carolinas is excited to announce that it will return to the Kingsport Aquatic Center for its 2022 Men’s and Women’s Swimming Championships.
 
“Last year was the first time that Conference Carolinas held its own Swimming Championships, and we truly believe we have found a tremendous partner in Kingsport,” Commissioner Chris Colvin said. “The Kingsport Aquatic Center is first-class and in the upcoming year we know that we can continue to build on the strong foundation already set in our first year in Kingsport.”
 
The 2022 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Swimming Championships will get underway on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022 and run through Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022. Each day will feature preliminaries and then finals later in the evening with the team champions crowned on the final day of the Championships.
 
“We are honored and eager to once again host the Conference Carolinas Swimming Championships here in the model City, Kingsport, Tennessee,” said Bradley Hoover of Visit Kingsport.
 
Barton captured the 2021 Conference Carolinas championship in women’s swimming, while Emmanuel earned the title in men’s swimming.
