Emmanuel Picked to Repeat in Men’s Swimming Preseason Coaches’ Poll
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Defending champion Emmanuel has been selected as the favorite in the 2021-22 Conference Carolinas Men’s Swimming Preseason Poll.
The conference office officially released the preseason poll on Sept. 15, 2021. The preseason poll was voted on by the league’s head coaches.
Emmanuel collected four first-place votes and a total of 24 to claim the top spot in the preseason poll just ahead of Barton (21) who also received a first-place vote. King captured the remaining first-place nod and tallied 17 points to sit third followed by Lees-McRae (13), Salem (8) and Chowan (7).
The 2022 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Swimming Championships are scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 16-Saturday, Feb. 19 at the Kingsport Aquatic Center in Kingsport, Tennessee.
