Trio Split First Men’s Golf Weekly Honor of the Season

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Bryson Boyette of Barton, Ben Loudermilk of Belmont Abbey and Alberto Dominguez of Erskine were named Conference Carolinas Golfer of the Week for men’s golf in the first weekly honor of the 2021-22 season.

All three golfers tied for third at the Kiawah Island Invitational at Osprey Point Golf Course.
  
A senior from from Wilson, North Carolina, Boyette opened the event with a two-under 70 and followed with rounds of 68 and 69 for a nine-under 207. 

Lourdermilk, a senior from Anderson, opened with a four-under-par 68 and followed with a 70 and 69 for his 207.

A junior from Sanlucar De Barrameda, Spain, Dominguez, 2020-21 Conference Carolinas Men’s Golfer of the Year picked up right where he left off with a three-under-par 69 followed by a 70 and a 68 for a nine-under, 207. His efforts helped the Flying Feet win the event with a 33-under 831 (274-284-273).
