Valentina Aloisio of Emmanuel Named Conference Carolinas Named Women’s Swimmer of the Week
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Valentina Aloisio of Emmanuel was selected as the Conference Carolinas Swimmer of the Week for women’s swimming for the week ending Oct. 9.
A senior from La Paz, Bolivia
, Aloisio helped lead the Lions to a team win over Brenau and Point at the Emmanuel Fall Invite as she won all three events in which she swam.
As an individual, Aloisio won the 50 freestyle in 25.30 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:09.98. She also competed on the 200 freestyle relay team which won the event in 1:41.19. Aloisio swam a 25.42 split time.
