Isabel Reed of Barton Named Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Isabel Reed of Barton was named Conference Carolinas women’s cross country Runner of the Week for the week ending Oct. 16.
A native of Gastonia, North Carolina, Reed posted a time of 26:09.8 at the 6k East Carolina University Pirate Invitational at Lake Kristi in Grimesland, North Carolina on Friday, Oct. 14. Reed averaged 7:01 per mile and placed 62nd in the event.
