Allison Robbins of Tusculum Named Women’s Bowler of the Week Honors

GREENVILLE, S.C. Allison Robbins of Tusculum was named Conference Carolinas Bowler of the Week for women’s bowling for her performances in the week ending Nov. 20.

A sophomore from Flint, Michigan, Moore bowled a five-game total 971 to claim tournament MVP honors at the 2022 ISTAP Hornet Classic.

Robbins becomes the first Pioneer to earn tournament MVP honors in the program's young history. She averaged 195.0 pins including a 235 game against Alabama A&M and finished with 209 against host Alabama State. She won the individual title by 12 pins over Jordan Shipp of Florida A&M.

Robbins helped the Pioneers place second at the event.
