Brice Ballin and Cade Hancock of Mount Olive Named Co-Golfers of the Week
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Brice Ballin and Cade Hancock of Mount Olive have been selected as Co-Conference Carolinas Golfer of the Week for men's golf for the week ending March 22.
The Trojans duo tied with seven other golfers for 30th with a 54-hole score of 228 at the East Carolina Intercollegiate at the Brook Valley Country Club in Greenville, North Carolina.
A senior from Marseille, France, Ballin bookended his tournament with two 77s and had a second round 74. He collected nine birdies and 27 pars over his three rounds. This is the second weekly honor for Ballin this season.
Hancock earned his second weekly honor of the season. A junior from Elizabethtown, North Carolina, Hancock opened the tournament with a one-under 71 and followed with a second round 79 and a final round 78. He tallied six birdies and 33 pars in the event.
