Belmont Abbey Remains No. 10 in NCAA Southeast Region Poll
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Belmont Abbey represented Conference Carolinas in the second NCAA Southeast Region Men’s Tennis Rankings, which were released by the NCAA on Thursday.
The Crusaders, who are 16-5 in NCAA Division II play, 19-16 overall on the season and 9-0 in league play, are ranked 10th in the region. The Crusaders are the 2022 Conference Carolinas regular season champions and will be the top seed in the conference tournament which begins April 29 at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, South Carolina.
The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Men's Tennis Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
