Weather Suspends Round Two at NCAA Division II South/Southeast Regional
RESULTS | VALDOSTA, Ga. - With severe weather throughout the southeast on Friday, the second round of the NCAA Division II South/Southeast Men’s Golf Regional at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club was suspended until 7 a.m. on Saturday morning.
On Saturday, golfers will return where they concluded play on Friday and the third round will begin at 7:30 a.m. using the same pairings from Friday.
Four of the five golfers for Barton completed nine holes before play was suspended. Bryson Boyette led the Bulldogs as he was three-under for the day with five birdies in the opening nine holes. Daniel Adkins was two under and Harrison Wierse was even through six holes to help the Bulldogs to a three-under par score for the day and a tie for fourth with Florida Southern who finished their second round with a 282.
King had three golfers finish six holes while Samuel Trueba and Alex Bradford each finished three holes. Bradford and Jeffrey Perez are currently even while the three other Tornado are over par.
Alberto Dominguez of Erskine, competing as an individual, completed three holes as well and is one under on the day.
