Katy Neubert of King Named to CoSIDA Academic All-America Women’s Track and Field/Cross Country Team

AUSTIN, Texas  - Katy Neubert of King has been selected to the 2021-22 Academic All-America® Women’s Track & Field / Cross Country Third Team.
 
The teams, selected by CoSIDA, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CoSIDA Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Neubert, a junior, has a 4.0 GPA in Cellular and Molecular Biology. The 2021-22 Conference Carolinas Scholar Athlete of the Year was the runner-up at the indoor conference championships and won the title in 2021 and 2020. She was also named Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week on Jan. 18, 2022.

The Division II and III CoSIDA Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2021-22 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CoSIDA Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA national office.
