Six Conference Carolinas Teams and 76 Student-Athletes Earn ITA All-Academic Awards

TEMPE, Ariz. - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced the 2022 Division II ITA Scholar-Athletes and All-Academic Teams on Tuesday and six Conference Carolinas teams and 76 student-athletes earned the honors. 
 
Barton, Belmont Abbey, Chowan, Emmanuel, and Francis Marion each earned men’s and women’s team honors while Erskine earned women’s honors. 
 
Belmont Abbey led all league institutions with 22 scholar-athletes while Barton saw 21 earn honors and Emmanuel tallied 16. Francis Marion had eight scholar-athletes while Erskine had five and Chowan added four.
