Conference Carolinas to Hold 2022 Cross Country Championships at Roger Milliken Center

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The 2022 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships will be held at the Roger Milliken Center on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022.
 
The first-class cross country facility hosted the 2021 NCAA Division II Cross Country Southeast Regional. The 2023 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Southeast Cross Country Regionals will also be held at the facility.
 
“We are excited to be able to bring our Cross Country Championships to one of the elite facilities in the region,” Conference Carolinas Commissioner Chris Colvin said. “We always appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with OneSpartanburg, Inc. and we are already looking forward to showcasing our tremendous cross country student-athletes in early November in the Upstate of South Carolina.”
 
The 2022 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships will begin with the women’s 6K championship at 9 a.m. on Nov. 5. The men’s 8K championship is scheduled for 10 a.m. The awards ceremony will take place shortly after the conclusion of the men’s championship.

Chief Tourism Development Officer Billy Dunlap said. “The Roger Milliken Center is a tremendous cross country facility, and we’re excited to showcase that facility, and all Spartanburg has to offer, to the staffs, athletes and families of Conference Carolinas institutions.”
