Gabriel Scott of Belmont Abbey Selected Men’s Bowling Freshman of the Month

GREENVILLE, S.C. Gabriel Scott of Belmont Abbey has been selected as the Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month for men’s bowling for December. 
 
A freshman from Tazwell, Virginia, Scott averaged 201.6 pins across seven games in the month as he helped the Crusaders to a pair of top-15 finishes. 

At the Roto Grip Keystone Quaker Classic, Scott collected 814 pins over four games for a 203.5 average to help Belmont Abbey to a 12th-place finish. He wrapped up the month with a 24th-place finish at the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Classic as he collected 597 pins over three games for a 199 average. The Crusaders finished seventh at the event.
