Emmanuel Headlines Six Conference Carolinas Institutions Named CSCAA Scholar All-America

GREENVILLE, S.C. - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced 803 teams from 479 institutions have been selected to the Scholar all-America Team for the Fall 2022 semester and Conference Carolinas had 10 teams from six institutions recognized.

The CSCAA also recognizes the top 10 institutions by division with at least 11 student-athletes and Emmanuel tied for eighth in NCAA Division II in both men’s and women’s swimming. They are one of six institutions to place both teams on the top-10 list.

On the women’s side, the Lions, who had a 3.64 grade-point average, were joined by Barton (3.30), Converse (3.46), King (3.38), Lees-McRae (3.73) and UNC Pembroke (3.28).

On the men’s side, Barton (3.36), King (3.00) and Lees-McRae (3.29) joined the Lions (3.43) in earning recognition.
