Jason Sall and Gino Briglio of Erskine Collect Men’s Volleyball Weekly Honors
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Jason Sall and Gino Briglio of Erskine have been selected as the weekly award winners for Conference Carolinas men’s volleyball for the week ending March 5, 2023.
Sall claims Player of the Week honors for the second straight week, while Briglio was chosen as the Specialist of the Week.
A redshirt junior opposite from New Lenox, Illinois, Sall averaged 5.0 kills per set last week for Erskine. He finished Erskine’s win over Benedict hitting .563. Sall also had three aces and a dig.
A freshman setter from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Briglio dished out 49 assists in Erskine’s win over Benedict. He also had five digs, a block and a kill in the victory.
