Madison McAfee of Coker Earns NCATA Weekly Honors
GREENVILLE, S.C. - The National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) announced its week 10 awards and Conference Carolinas student-athlete Madison McAfee of Coker earned Specialist of the Week accolades.
McAfee, a senior from Chapin, S.C., was a standout base and mid-level base in the pyramid event for Coker last week. Her performance helped the Cobras post a perfect 10.0 in the open pyramid heat. She also competed in the inversion and synchronized pyramid heats, helped Coker record scores of 9.85 and 9.75, respectively.
Kathryn Coker of Limestone was named Freshman of the Week honorable mention.
