WEST LIBERTY, W. Va. – Back-to-back Conference Carolinas regular-season and tournament champion Limestone will represent Conference Carolinas along with Coker at the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) National Championships.

This year’s NCATA National Championship will be hosted by West Liberty University at the Academic, Sports and Recreation Complex (ASRC). The eight-team, single-elimination tournament will begin on Thursday, April 27 with four quarterfinal matchups. The semifinals are set for Friday, April 28, while the National Championship meet will be contested on Saturday, April 29. The national individual event finals are scheduled for Sunday, April 30 at 11 a.m.

Limestone earned the sixth seed in the national championship. Currently undefeated on the season at 11-0, Limestone this past weekend captured its second straight team championship at the Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling Championship with a 269.960-258.250 victory over third-seeded Coker at Horne Arena on the campus of Lander University. Limestone won six of the 15 event finals at the Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling Championship.

As the sixth seed, Limestone will face off against third-seeded Azusa Pacific in the national quarterfinals at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 27.

Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling Championship runner-up Coker garnered a spot in the national event finals in pyramid heat 1 and pyramid heat 3. Belmont Abbey is in contention as an alternate to the national event finals in pyramid heat 1 and tumbling heat 2. They would qualify if the top average score in those areas withdraws from the competition.
