Conference Carolinas Unveils Fall 2023 Championships Schedule

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas has officially unveiled its fall 2023 championships schedule.
 
“We are really thrilled about our fall championships schedule,” Commissioner Chris Colvin said. “It’s always great being in the Charlotte area for our Cross Country Championships and our first year in the Greensboro area for our Soccer Championships last year was first-class and I know year two will be even better. We are also excited to announce that we will be able to showcase our women’s volleyball programs in the fall along with our men’s volleyball programs in the spring at a new championship venue in the North Charleston Athletic Center.”
 
The 2023 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships will be contested on Saturday, Oct. 21 at McAlpine Park.
 
The 2023 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships will begin with first round play on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at host sites. The quarterfinals will then be contested on Saturday, Nov. 4 at the No. 3 seed and the highest-remaining seed between the teams seeded fourth-fifth and eighth-ninth. The semifinals will be held on Friday, Nov. 10 at Macpherson Soccer Stadium at the Truist Soccer Complex at Bryan Park in Browns Summit, North Carolina. The men’s final is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start, while the women’s final is scheduled for a 4 p.m. kickoff at Macpherson Soccer Stadium at the Truist Soccer Complex at Bryan Park on Sunday, Nov. 12.
 
The 2023 Conference Carolinas Women’s Volleyball Championship will begin with first and second round play held at the higher seeds (Nos. 4-6) on Saturday, Nov. 11 or Sunday, Nov. 12. The tournament will then shift to the North Charleston Athletic Center in North Charleston, South Carolina for the quarterfinals, semifinals and final Nov. 17-19. The final is scheduled for a 3 p.m. first serve on Sunday, Nov. 19.
