Conference Carolinas has seven members ranked in soccer and women's volleyball NCAA Region Rankings

GREENVILLE, S.C. – The third NCAA Regional Rankings were released on Wednesday for men’s and women’s soccer and the second for women's volleyball. Conference Carolinas has three men's soccer programs, two women's soccer programs and two women's volleyball programs ranked.

The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Soccer and Women's Volleyball Committees up to the NCAA Championship selections.

In the men’s soccer super-region 2 rankings, three Conference Carolinas members are ranked. Converse University is ranked fifth with a record of 9-1-6. Francis Marion University is ranked 10th with a record of 9-5-5, and Chowan University breaks into the rankings at 12th with a record of 8-4-3.

In the women’s soccer rankings, UNC Pembroke is the ranked eighth with a record of 9-3-4 while Belmont Abbey joins the rankings at 10th with a record of 12-3-3.

Emmanuel University is ranked ninth in the women's women's volleyball rankings with a record of 20-9 while Mount Olive is ranked 10th at 20-7.

The NCAA selection shows for men’s and women’s soccer are scheduled for Monday, November 18 on NCAA.com. The selection show for women's volleyball is scheduled for Monday, November 25.
