Emmanuel, Francis Marion and UNC Pembroke Represent Conference Carolinas in First NCAA Southeast Region Rankings
INDIANAPOLIS – The first NCAA Division II men’s and women’s basketball Southeast Region rankings were unveiled by the NCAA on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024.
The first set of rankings just list the teams currently under consideration in the region rankings.
The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball and Women’s Basketball Committees up to the NCAA Championship selections.
In the first women’s region rankings for the Southeast, Conference Carolinas’ Francis Marion was listed as under consideration. Both Emmanuel and UNC Pembroke are currently under consideration in men’s basketball.
