KJ Jones II of Emmanuel Selected to Trevor Hudgins Award Top 15 Watch List

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - KJ Jones II of Emmanuel has been selected to the Trevor Hudgins Award Top 15 Watch List.

Jones became just the 13th in NCAA Division II men's basketball history to score 3,000 or more points earlier this week. 

Jones currently leads NCAA Division II in points per game (26.0), total points (754) and free throws made (268). The senior from Atlanta, Georgia is shooting 47.6 percent (215-of-452) from the field and he leads Conference Carolinas in free throw percentage (.882). He is also second in Conference Carolinas in assists (124) and he is third in the league in assists per game (4.3 per game).

The Trevor Hudgins Award will be presented annually to the senior who has had the finest overall four-year career within Small College Basketball. Considerations will be overall career statistics and achievements, team achievements, awards, and personal character. The player must have played his entire career at the small college level. This will be the highest award given to a four-year player within Small College Basketball.
