Conference Carolinas announces 2023-24 Women's Bowling All-Conference honors
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas released the 2023-24 women’s bowling awards ahead of the 2024 Women’s Bowling Championship that starts on Friday, March 22 in Gastonia, North Carolina.
Aubrey Lloyd of Belmont Abbey was named Bowler of the Year while Danielle Fenderheim of Emmanuel was selected Freshman of the Year. Joey Kendrick of Emmanuel garnered Coach of the Year honors.
The 2023-24 all-conference awards were chosen by the league's head coaches.
Lloyd Averaged 177 pins over 58 games on the season and registered a 76.2 strike percentage. She converted 70.4 percent of her makeable spares this season as well. Lloyd was named Conference Carolinas Bowler of the Week during the year.
Fendenheim posted a season average of 191 over 48 games bowled. She registered a strike percentage of 41.0 with an average of 8.84 on first ball pinfall. Over the season she recorded four top 10 finishes and earned two all-tournament team accolades.
Kendrick earned Coach of the Year honors after leading the Lions to a great season.
