SUMTER, S.C. –
Erskine won the 2024 Conference Carolinas Women’s Tennis title on Sunday, defeating Lees-McRae 4-2 at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, South Carolina.

The conference crown is the 13th for the Flying Fleet and first since they captured the title in 2021.

Erskine with its championship win earns Conference Carolinas' automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Division II Women's Tennis Championship. The NCAA will unveil the full field for the championship on Monday, May 6, on NCAA.com.

Top seed Lees-McRae won the doubles point and a pair of singles matches. However, second-seeded Erskine won four singles matches to take the contest 4-2.
