GREENVILLE, S.C. – Olivia Reardon of Mount Olive was selected the recipient of the Conference Carolinas Post Graduate Scholarship presented by Bob McCloskey Insurance.
Reardon played softball for the Trojans and was the starting shortstop before tearing her UCL. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science in three years with a 4.0 GPA.
She will be attending Wake Forest to earn her Master’s in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. While going to school, Reardon will work as a teacher’s assistant and serve as a member of the Wake Forest Cardiac Research Center.
Following graduation, Reardon plans to sit for the ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist Exam and plans to be an Exercise Physiologist Specializing in Pediatrics.
The award is selected by the conferences Faculty Athletic Representatives (FAR) and was created in a partnership with McGriff Insurance Services.
