Jasmine Colwell | Mount Olive | Freshman | Throws | Leland, North Carolina
A freshman from Leland, North Carolina, Colwell improved her conference-leading mark in the shot put, as Mount Olive competed at the VMI Invitational. She placed fifth overall in the event following a season-best distance of 13.09 meters, which ranks second all-time at UMO. Colwell holds top-eight marks in both the shot put and weight throw in the Conference Carolinas.

Morgan Whitley | King | Senior | Distance | Danville, Virginia
At the VMI Invitational, Whitley finished the mile in 5:21.65, the top Conference Carolinas time this season. She was also a member of the 4x800 relay team that broke the all-time school record with a time of 9:57.51, Whitley finished her leg in 2:26.56. The senior finished the 1600 meter leg in the distance medley relay in 5:22 as the team that finished in fourth with a time of 12:57.81.

Omarion Belton | Converse | Sophomore | Throws | Columbia South Carolina
Belton won the long jump at the VMI Invitational with a distance of 7.34, besting teammate Kaden Gamble by 0.10 meters. That leap hit an NCAA provisional mark and tied him for 18th longest in NCAA Division II this season. The sophomore also competed in the triple jump, finishing with a distance of 13.83 meters.

Lynden Johnson | King | Junior | Sprints
Johnson finished the 60 meter dash in 6.68 seconds at the VMI Invitational, improving his own personal best, the all-time school record. That time currently ranks fourth in all of NCAA Division II. The junior also finished the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.21 seconds.

Keegan Roberson | UNC Pembroke | 157 pounds | Sophomore | Chicago, Illinois
Roberson won both of his matches last week, defeating Conference Carolinas foes. He first took a 6-1 decision over Newberry's Dannis Virelli before defeating Mount Olive's fifth-ranked Jake Nicolosi 7-4.
