GREENVILLE, S.C. - The 2025 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships will be held on Friday, October 24 at the Ivey Redmon Sports Complex in Kernersville, North Carolina. The event will feature 15 Conference Carolinas institutions.

The championships are free of charge with the men’s 8k beginning at 3:00 p.m. and the women’s 6k to follow at 4:00 p.m. An awards ceremony for both championships will be held after the women’s race.

In the men’s event, two teams are ranked by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) in the Southeast Region. UNC Pembroke is ranked sixth and Young Harris College is ranked eighth. UNC Pembroke will be looking for their fourth straight title.

In the women’s championship, North Grenville University is lone team ranked in the USTFCCCA Southeast Region rankings the Trailblazers check in at eighth. North Greenville won their first conference title a season ago.
