SWIMMER OF THE WEEK - Previous Winners
Cassie Lowe | King | Senior | Jonesborough, Tennessee
Lowe posted a pair of wins and helped a relay to win at the King Invitational. She finished the 500 yard freestyle in 5:15.29 and the 200 yard freestyle in 1:56.44. She then helped the 800 yard freestyle relay team finish in 8:01.13.

Carlos Arias | King | Freshman | Guadalajara, Mexico
At the King Invitational, Arias won the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:02.32 and was a member of the 400 yard freestyle relay team that finished in 3:04.82. He set a school record in the 50 yard breastsroke with a split of 26.21 seconds in the 100 yard breaststroke that he finished in 56.11 seconds. Arias also helped the 200 yard medley relay finish in 1:32.11.

Laney Sasso | Belmont Abbey | Junior | Marrero, Louisiana
Sasso competed in both of Belmont Abbey's competitions in November, averaging 199.0 pins with a total of 1592. She earned all-tournament honors at the DII Thanksgiving Classic where she finished second with an average of 213.2 pins with a five-game total of 1066 pins. At the Coppin State Lady Eagles Invitational, she finished 59th with an average of 175.3 pins over three games.

Connor Breaman | Belmont Abbey | Senior | Greer, South Carolina
Over 10 games at two events in November, Breaman averaged 224.9 pins with a total of 2249. He earned all-tournament honors after finishing ffith at the Bowlero South Collegiate Classic with an average of 226.0 and 1130 total pins. At the Collegiate Match Games, he finished sixth, missing all-tournament honors by five pins with 1119 total pins and an average of 223.8. Eight of his 10 games eclipsed 200 pins with a high of 278.
