Two from Conference Carolinas selected CSC Academic All-America

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas had two soccer individuals selected College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America. Jesper Schierholz of Converse University and Alana Hunt of Francis Marion both garnered honors.

Schierholz earned first team honors for men’s soccer and Hunt earned first team honors on the women’s side.

To qualify for the CSC Academic All-America® program, student-athletes must maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average, and participate in a specified percentage of athletic contests. The Division II Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Division II Academic All-America® program.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men’s and Women’s Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
