WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The 2025 Conference Carolinas Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championships are scheduled for Sunday, February 23 – Monday, February 24 at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem.
The meet gets underway at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday with the multi events for the first time Conference Carolinas history. The rest of the events will start at 4:00 p.m.
Monday begins at 10:00 a.m. with the men’s heptathlon before the rest of the events get underway at 10:30 a.m.
The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its conference Track & Field Rating Index (TFRI) this week and the University Mount Olive leads both the men’s and women’s standings. UNC Pembroke and Converse University follow the Trojans on the men’s side while Converse and UNC Pembroke are second and third, respectively, on the women’s side.

Admission for the event will be $10 per day or $18 for an all-tournament pass. Tickets must be purchased through Conference Carolinas’ partnership with HomeTown Ticketing at
