GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas released the 2024-25 women’s bowling awards ahead of the 2025 Women’s Bowling Championship that starts on Friday, March 21 in Newport, Kentucky.
The 2024-25 all-conference awards were chosen by the league's head coaches.
Danielle Fendenheim of Emmanuel University was selected Conference Carolinas Bowler of the Year. She was selected Conference Carolinas Bowler of the Week three times and owns a season average of 200. Her high game of the season is 299 and she was selected to the all-tournament team at four different events. The sophomore also was selected tournament MVP of the NCAA Wildcat Invitational. Fendenheim was selected Freshman of the Year a season ago.
Emmanuel’s Makaya Angel garnered Freshman of the Year honors. In her first year on campus, Angel was selected Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month twice and owns a 172 season average. She also averages 17.79 pins per frame and a 75 percent frame fill.
Joey Kendrick of Emmanuel was tabbed Conference Carolinas Coach of the Year for the second straight season.
