GREENVILLE, S.C. - Kory Grant of the University of Mount Olive was selected American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) National Collegiate Men's Player of the Week.

Grant led the Mount Olive offense with 41 total kills over three matches played with an impressive .392 hitting percentage, as the Trojans registered a 3-0 record in Conference Carolinas play. On Tuesday night, he set a new career-high with 20 kills on a staggering .516 clip while adding four aces and four digs in a 3-0 sweep at Barton. Grant contributed 10 kills, four digs, and one block on Friday in a 3-1 victory at Lees-McRae. He closed out the week reaching double-figures with 11 kills on a .304 hitting percentage with six digs and one block in a 3-0 sweep at King on Saturday.

This marks Grant's second national player of the week honor with the last coming on February 27, 2024.
