MEN'S RANKINGS | WOMEN'S RANKINGS

GREENVILLE, S.C. – The third NCAA Regional Rankings were released on Wednesday for men’s and women’s basketball and Conference Carolinas has five programs in the rankings.

The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Basketball Committees up to the NCAA Championship selections.

In the men’s basketball southeast rankings, UNC Pembroke (21-6) is ranked sixth.

In the women’s rankings, Francis Marion University (22-5) is ranked third, followed by UNC Pembroke (22-7) at sixth. Chowan University (16-5) is ranked ninthand Belmont Abbey College (23-5) is ranked 10th.

The NCAA selection shows for men’s and women’s basketball are scheduled for Sunday, March 9 on NCAA.com. The women’s show is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. (ET) with the men’s show to follow at 11:00 p.m. (ET)
