SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Barton College and Emmanuel University ended the first day tied for the team lead at the 2025 Conference Carolinas Men’s Golf Championship. Eli Kinlaw of North Greenville University and Tyler Kipp of King University are tied atop the individual leaderboard.

The championship is being contested at the par 72, 6929-yard course at the Carolina Country Club.

FIRST ROUND RESULTS/LIVE SCORING

Barton and Emmanuel both shot 290 in the opening round while the University of Mount Olive and Shorter University carded rounds of 297 and 298, respectively.

Individually, Kinlaw and Kipp recorded rounds of two-under 70 to sit atop the leaderboard after 18 holes.

The second round of the 2025 Conference Carolinas Men’s Golf Championship will get underway at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, April 14.
