GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas announced the 2025 men's volleyball all-conference honors.
The all-conference awards were chosen by the league's head coaches.

The University of Mount Olive swept the major awards with Jackson Lahey earning offensive player of the year honors, Luca Colombo earning both defensive player and freshman of the year honors and head coach Yigit Erkek garnering coach of the year recognition.

Lahey, a setter, leads Conference Carolinas with 783 total assists and an average of 10.88 assists per set. He also leads the league at the service line with an average of 0.42 aces per set with 30 total aces. Defensively, he ranks sixth in the league with an average of 0.82 blocks per set. Lahey has posted five matches with at least 40 assists, including two over 50.

Colombo is one of two players to accumulate at least 200 digs this season as his 223 leads Conference Carolinas. He also leads the league with an average of 3.05 digs per set as the only player to average at least 3.00 digs per set in Conference Carolinas.

Erkek has led the Trojans to their first regular season conference title since 2021 and their fifth in program history. Mount Olive went 14-0 in conference matches and owns a 19-3 overall record. The Trojans are also ranked 20th in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) poll and are the top seed in the Conference Carolinas Men's Volleyball Championship.
