Conference Carolinas releases 2025 Women's Tennis Championship bracket

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Conference Carolinas is gearing up to host its 2025 Women’s Tennis Championship at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, South Carolina starting Thursday, April 24 and concluding Sunday, April 27.

Lees-McRae College has earned the top seed and regular season championship with a 10-0 conference record while going 15-4 overall. Erskine College finished the regular season with a 9-1 league mark to earn the second seed and bye into the semifinals along with the Bobcats. Erskine owns an overall record of 14-5.

Barton College earned the third seed with an 8-2 league mark, going 10-10 overall and have received a bye into the quarterfinals. The Bulldogs will face the winner of sixth seed Young Harris College (8-14, 6-4) and seventh seed Francis Marion University (7-8, 6-4) on Friday at 9:00 a.m. The Mountain Lions and Patriots square off at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. The winner of this group then takes on Erskine at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Two other matches start at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday as fifth seed Belmont Abbey College (14-17, 7-3) faces eighth seed Converse University (8-9, 5-5) and fourth seed University of Mount Olive (8-9, 7-3) update takes on ninth seed Chowan University (5-12, 3-7). Those two winners will matchup on Friday at 9:00 a.m. with the winner taking on Lees-McRae at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.

The championship match is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Sunday.
