GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas released the 2025 acrobatics & tumbling all-conference teams prior to the 2025 Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling Championship semifinals.

The 2025 all-conference awards were chosen by the league's head coaches.

Kacie Kier of Limestone University was selected Conference Carolinas Athlete of the Year for the third straight year. The senior competed in 13 heats, including team event this season. Kier posted 41 scores of at least 9.50 this season, including the highlights of a 10.0 open pyramid, two scores of 9.90 in duo pyramid, a 9.80 score in seven-element acro, and a 9.95 in their aerial tumbling pass. In March, she was selected NCATA Athlete of the Week, as well as NCATA Athlete of the Week honorable mention.

Limestone’s Kaila Gamaldo was selected Specialist of the Year after her performance in the tumbling event all season. She recorded 17 scores of at least 9.00, including a 9.50 in the tumbling duo pass and 9.80 in the tumbling open pass with start values of 9.75 and 10.00, respectively.

Abigayle Heney of Wingate University was tabbed Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year. She previously was selected Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month in February. The top and tumbling competed in 13 heats, including team event for the Bulldogs. She posted pyramid scores of 9.90 out of 10.00 in the open heat and 9.55 out of 10.00 in the synchronized heat as well as scoring 9.75 in the compulsory toss. She was also a member of the seven-element group that scored 9.55 out of 10.00.

Mars Hill University head coach, Olivia Kincaid was selected Conference Carolinas Coach of the year after guiding the Lions to a third-place regular season finish. The Lions have qualified for the semifinals of the Conference Carolinas Acrobatics & Tumbling Championships for the first time and own an overall record of 8-3 while going 6-2 in league meets.
