GREENVILLE, S.C. – Back-to-back champion, UNC Pembroke, has been picked to claim the Conference Carolinas championship again in 2025-26 Women's Swimming & Diving Preseason Coaches' Poll.
The conference office officially unveiled the preseason poll on September 18. The preseason poll was voted on by the league's head coaches.
UNC Pembroke earned 34 points and four first place votes to sit atop the poll. The Braves are followed by 2025 runner-up Emmanuel University who earned 31 points and one first place vote. The University of Montevallo received the final two first place votes and 25 points as the Falcons are picked to finish third.
Converse University is picked fourth with 22 points, followed by Barton College with 16 points. King University, 11 points, and Chowan University, eight points, rounded out the poll.
The 2025-26 Conference Carolinas Swimming & Diving Championships are scheduled for Wednesday, February 18 through Saturday, February 21 at the Kingsport Aquatic Center in Kingsport, Tenn.
