Johnson set a pair of NCAA provisional marks for Mount Olive in the long jump and the 60 meter dash. She won the long jump with a mark of 5.81 meters and finished second in the shot put with a mark of 12.87 meters. She also set an NCAA provisional mark in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.51 seconds.

Steigler went 5-0 for King last week, taking four wins to win the 160-pound weight class at the Tornado Open. She pinned Mount Olive's Eliana Pollock in 1:55 in a South Atlantic Conference Carolinas dual on Saturday. On Sunday, she posted a pair of pins and a technical fall before winning the title over Janiya Johnson 5-0. She started with a 1:46 pin of Elizabella Laurin of Red River Wrestling Club before taking an 11-0 technical fall over Slingshot Wrestling Club. She then pinned Mount Olive's Pollock in 38 seconds before topping Johnson in the title bout.

Sheeren came up big for Lander in the Bearcats' win over second-ranked Life University. In his lone match of the week, Sheeren earned a 10-4 decision over third-ranked Gabriel Jones.
