GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Conference Carolinas Men’s Wrestling Developmental Championship will take place on Monday, February 9 at the University of Mount Olive.

The championship, which is a unique championship opportunity for developmental teams within Conference Carolinas, features five member schools that will compete in the individual tournament in 10 weight classes. Each weight class will consist of no more than eight wrestlers with medals being awarded to the top three finishes of each weight class.

Along with Mount Olive, Allen University, Belmont Abbey College, Coker University and Newberry College will compete in the men’s wrestling developmental championship.

The championship will begin at 12:00 p.m. as fans can follow the brackets on trackwrestling.com. Both mats will be broadcast on the Conference Carolinas Digital Network powered by Hudl.

In the 2025-26 season Conference Carolinas is scheduled to host a developmental championship in men’s soccer, women’s volleyball, men’s wrestling, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball. The developmental teams will be composed of student-athletes that have either not competed at the varsity level in 2025-26 or have competed sparingly at the varsity level by the time of the championship.
