WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The 2026 Conference Carolinas Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships are scheduled for Sunday, February 22 – Monday, February 23 at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem.
The meet gets underway at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday with the multi events. The rest of the events will start at 4:00 p.m.
Monday begins at 10:00 a.m. with the men's heptathlon before the rest of the events get underway at 10:30 a.m.
The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its conference Track & Field Rating Index (TFRI) this week, and in the conference rankings, the University of Mount Olive leads both the men's and women's standings. UNC Pembroke and Converse University follow in the
men's standings while Converse and Lees-McRae College follow in the
women's standings.

here, there have been numerous NCAA Division II provisional marks hit this season with potentially more to come at the Fast Track.

Admission for the event will be $10 per day or $18 for an all-tournament pass. Tickets must be purchased through Conference Carolinas' partnership with HomeTown Ticketing at ConferenceCarolinas.com/tickets. A concession stand will be available. In addition, Conference Carolinas championship merchandise will be sold at the 2026 Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships.
