GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Conference Carolinas baseball developmental championship will start with three first round sites on Monday, March 30. The tournament then concludes with four teams playing at the final site on Monday, April 13 at Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina.
The opening rounds will be played at Erskine College, Francis Marion and Southern Wesleyan University.
CHAMPIONSHIP PAGE | BRACKET
The Francis Marion bracket pits the host Patriots against Barton at 10:00 a.m. with Barton College facing Ferrum College at 1:00 p.m. The consolation game will be played at 4:00 p.m. before the preliminary site final that features the two winners will start at 7:00 p.m.
The Southern Wesleyan bracket sees the host Warriors taking on Young Harris College at 10:00 a.m. before the Mountain Lions face King University at 1:00 p.m. Southern Wesleyan then takes on King at 4:00 p.m.
The Erskine bracket has the host Flying Fleet facing Emmanuel University at 10:00 a.m. before the Lions face Belmont Abbey at 1:00 p.m. Erskine then faces Belmont Abbey at 4:00 p.m.
The top second place team will advance to the finals along with the winners from each preliminary site. Teams will advance to the final site on Monday, April 14 at Francis Marion. The first semifinal will start at 12:00 p.m. with the second semifinal at 3:00 p.m. The championship game will be played at 6:00 p.m. All preliminary and semifinal games will be seven innings with the championship game being nine innings.
