GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D 2CCA)) announced their all-region awards, and nine athletes from Conference Carolinas were recognized with five being selected first team all-region. Jenna Walling of Francis Marion University was selected Southeast Region Pitcher of the Year.

Walling, also the Conference Carolinas Pitcher of the Year, garnered region pitcher of the year and first team honors while her teammate, and Conference Carolinas Player of the Year Madalyn White, earned first team honors as well. Julia Moore of Young Harris College, Emma King of the University of Mount Olive and Francis Marion’s Anderson Thrower also earned first team distinction.

Chowan University’s Abby Rutledge, UNC Pembroke’s Chloe Locklear Mount Olive’s Samantha Taylor and Ansley Fowler of North Greenville University garnered second team honors.
