GREENVILLE – S.C. – The Young Harris College strength and conditioning staff has been selected as the 2025-26 Sports Performance Tracking (SPT) Conference Carolinas Strength and Conditioning Staff of the Year.

The Mountain Lion strength and conditioning staff was comprised of Director of Sports Performance, Crystal McCullough.

"This recognition is so well-deserved," said Vice President for Student Engagement and Athletics, Emily Carella. "Coach Crystal pours everything into our student-athletes every single day, and Conference Carolinas naming her Strength and Conditioning Staff of the Year is proof of that work. I couldn't be prouder of this accomplishment."

The Strength and Conditioning Staff of the Year award is voted on by each member strength and conditioning department.

"The Young Harris strength and conditioning staff had an outstanding year and it is great to see them recognized with this award," Conference Carolinas Commissioner Chris Colvin said.
