GREEVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas kicked off their second football season with the 2026 media days at the downtown Greenville Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The seven teams, Barton College, Chowan University, Erskine College, Ferrum College, UNC Pembroke, North Greenville University and Shorter University, sent their head coaches and top offensive and defensive players to take part in the two-day event.

On Tuesday, coaches met with head of officials Jack Childress to go over rules, while Associate Commissioner Kit Alewine shared governance and policies with them as well.

Student-Athletes had a seminar with Leslie Barnes, Associate Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete Development at Duke University and Cricket Lane, University of North Carolina’s Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development about genuine authenticity, leading from the front, and delivering positive communication. They were joined by their head coaches for the final hour.

A buffet dinner with cornhole and relaxing fun was the key part of the evening’s activities.

Wednesday's activities were led off by Commissioner Chris Colvin addressing the media with how the league has grown over the last 12 months and what lies ahead.
