KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches announced the College Team Academic Award winners, recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year and eight Conference Carolinas programs were recognized.

Francis Marion University had both men’s and women’s programs honored as one other men’s program and five other women’s programs were recognized. The Lees-McRae College men as well as women’s programs from Belmont Abbey College, Erskine College, Ferrum College, University of Mount Olive and UNC Pembroke were honored.

A total of 777 soccer teams (326 men, 451 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year. Of that total, 175 schools had both their men’s and women’s programs recognized.
