Bolado was named to the all-tournament team following a solid weekend that saw Belmont Abbey finish the Elizabeth City State Viking classic with a 3-1 record. In four matches, the junior averaged 3.41 kills per set while hitting .346, including to matches with at least a .400 attack percentage. She started with 14 kills in a win over Glenville State beore adding 11 terminations and a .435 attack percentage in a sweep of Elizabeth City State. She then added 17 kills and hit .552 against Kutztown. She closed the week with 16 kills, .292 attack percentage and nine digs in a win over West Chester.
On Friday, Faggart delivered a career-high 20 kills on a staggering .419 clip with three digs and one block as the Patriots won a five-set thriller over Valdosta State. The following day, she tallied 14 kills, two digs, and two blocks against USC Aiken before registering 17 kills on a .389 hitting percentage with two digs and two blocks in a 3-0 sweep over Coker.

Young was named to the all-tournament team following a solid weekend that saw Belmont Abbey finish the Elizabeth City State Viking classic with a 3-1 record. She averaged 3.53 digs per set while adding five aces and seven assists. The junior only made two reception errors on 74 attempts. She eclipsed 10 digs in a match three times, starting with 19 against Gleville State, 12 against Kutztown and finishing with a career-high 22 digs in a win over West Chester.
SETTER OF THE WEEK - Previous Winners
Aubrey Johnson | Francis Marion | Sophomore | Setter | Chanhassen, Minnesota
A sophomore from Chanhassen, Minnesota, Johnson averaged 7.79 assists and 2.79 digs per set while producing a pair of assist/dig double-doubles as the Patriots posted a 2-2 record at the Tampa Volleyball Classic. Additionally, she dropped down nine kills and totaled seven blocks over the four matches.
On Friday in the tournament opener, Johnson totaled 12 assists, six digs, and one block versus the host and fourth-ranked Spartans. She followed with 26 assists, nine digs, three blocks, and two kills in the afternoon session as FMU upset 17th-ranked Missouri-St. Louis via a 3-0 sweep. The following day, Johnson delivered her best performance of the season after tallying 42 assists, 13 digs, two service aces, and five kills in a 3-2 comeback win over Florida Southern. Later on Saturday, she recorded her second double-double of the tournament after finishing with 29 assists, 11 digs, and two kills against Oklahoma Baptist.

In his season debut, North Greenville's Montgomery ran for 85 yards on 10 carries and four touchdowns. He added 212 passing yards, going 12-for-18 with one touchdown in the Trailblazers' season-opening win over Catawba. He posted a long run of 56 yard and long completion of 50 yards.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Previous Winners
Jeremiah Lomax | North Greenville | Senior | Defensive Back | Abbeville, South Carolina
In North Greenville's win over Catawba, Lomax accounted for 10 tackles, including one for a loss of two yards. He added one pass breakup in the win.
SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Previous Winners
Riley Swanson | Chowan | Freshman | Kicker/Punter | Port St. Lucie, Florida
In a 24-20 win at UVA Wise, Swanson went 3-for-3 on extra points and converted his lone field goal attempt from 33 yards. He posted five kickoffs for 285 yards and an average of 57.0.

At the highly competitive Eye Opener Invitational that featured numerous NCAA Division I and II teams, Hunter finished ahead of all other runners. The senior covered the 8k distance in 24:37.0 to win the race and finish within 13 seconds of the Southern Wesleyan school record.
