Originally Approved Schedule (2021)
Note: Schedules can be changed with AD approval from both institutions.
Scheduling Note: For final regular-season contests, a team with 200+ miles of travel must begin contest at 4:00pm or earlier (e.g., a double-header could have times of 1:30pm and 4:00pm) (5/22/18).
All-Conference Process: Per coaches voted agreement 12/17 (Note: 2020 dates included in italics.)
(Step 1) – Send player nominations through each SID to the conference office via Presto online submissions. (Due Monday 4/13, 12pm)
(Step 2) – Conference compiles nominations (from required above due date) and resends to coaches via email. (By Tuesday 4/14)
(Step 3) – Coaches will have 24 hours from league compiled nomination email to review nominations and make any changes/additions/omissions/corrections/etc. directly through the league office. (Approximately late Tuesday/early Wednesday 4/15)
(Step 4) – Coaches receive final nominations (by 4/16) then will rank the players (outside of their own players) and submit those initial rankings through their SIDs via the online Presto ranking submission process (by Saturday 11:59pm 4/18). Coaches will be able to vote before the last conference game (after Wednesday) or can wait until Saturday night after the last league season game to vote, but have to make sure SIDs vote by 11:59pm Saturday so the conference office can turn those around Sunday and get back to coaches before their conference call Monday morning. (Worry about late votes/no votes, which will make the conference call Monday useless without the correct information. If we set the latest possible due dates of Saturday night, everyone MUST understand and make the deadline.)
(Step 5) – Conference Office will distribute initial/unofficial ranking results to coaches via email (Sunday night 4/19). Results will only include general player rankings & total tallies...but a league representative will be available on the meeting call to communicate specific school rankings if wanted (the way that Presto software tabulates, this would be too much individual info. for each coach (50+ pages each).
(Step 6) – Coaches will meet via conference call (from required above call date) to discuss rankings and name final all-conference teams together. (Monday 4/20, 9am)
Seeding: Teams will be seeded according to regular-season finish based on overall conference winning percentage. Ties will be broken in the following manner:
1) Head-to-head results during the regular season for a two-way tie;
2) Record against all opponents involved in the tie if more than two teams are involved in the tie;
3) Record against opponents not involved in the tie beginning with first-place team and working down;
4) Goal differential between tied teams against each other;
5) Record versus common nonconference opponents;
6) Random selection by Commissioner. (In a multi-member tie requiring random selection, the random selection is for the highest seed among the tied teams and then returning to the start of the tie-breaking procedure for the remaining teams.)
*In the situation of three or more teams tying: After determining the highest-seeded team, the tiebreaking procedure reverts back to the start of the tiebreaking procedure to seed the next team. This process continues until all tied teams have been seeded.
Lacrosse Policies
(1) Each team must play all other conference teams once during the season to be eligible for the conference championship.
(2) Conference teams may play each other more than once during the season. However, only the first regular season contest between any two teams will count towards conference won-loss records.
(3) All conference contests will use the three-person officiating system.
(4) NCAA rules apply to regular season contests which are tied.
(5) Suspended contests will follow NCAA official lacrosse rules.
(6) All members will use Lacrosse Stat Crew.
Rain Dates: Members will reserve the third Tuesday in March and the second Wednesday in April as rain out make-up dates. A rained-out contest will be made upon or before the earliest available rain date.
Film Exchange Policy
Beginning with the 2018 season, each member will make available to all other members all league and non-league match video using Hudl tape exchange. D2 Open Film Exchange was PASSED and in order to be involved all MUST pay the $250 for the open film exchange for Hudl. You will have access to the open film exchange once you upload your first game. All league coaches voted to move from Krossover to Hudl starting in the 2018 season.
(A) – All teams have 24 hours and are required to post the RAW film to the open film exchange pool.
(B) – All teams will share the “Breakdowns” with all conference members within 48 hours of the game being completed. (Special circumstances will be understood if a long travel may prevent from the 48 hours sharing of the breakdowns but we all will try our very best to have that shared within 48 hours and to communicate difficulties to other teams if happens.)
Partial Contest Policy: If any expense is incurred (e.g., if the bus leaves campus) and the contest is not played to completion, the contest is not to be replayed. If the contest is underway and stopped, the contest will be considered completed if 48 minutes have been played (5/12).

The director of athletics will immediately notify the conference office and subsequently complete and submit to the conference office the Ejection Report Form. The conference office will notify each member president immediately when notified of an ejection.
A coach ejected for an "unsporting act" will be cautioned by the institution’s director of athletics or immediate supervisor in a form provided by the conference. Copies of cautions and suspensions will be provided to the institution’s President, FAR, Supervisor of Officials, and Commissioner. A second ejection in the same year will, minimally, carry a next-contest suspension. A third ejection in the same year will, minimally, carry a next two-contest suspension. End-of-year suspensions will be carried forward to the next year. Ejected coaches must leave the sight of the playing field when ejected. If the ejected coach does not comply in a timely manner, the contest is forfeited.

Each team will vote for players in rank order and may not vote for their own players.
Offensive Player of the Year: Each conference member will vote for three players, excluding their own, in rank order and the winner will be named Offensive Player of the Year. Ties will be broken by the greatest number of 1) first place votes, 2) second place votes, 3) third place votes.
Note: The Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year cannot be nominated for or win both awards.
Defensive Player of the Year: Each conference member will vote for three players, excluding their own, in rank order and the winner will be named Defensive Player of the Year. Ties will be broken by the greatest number of 1) first place votes, 2) second place votes, 3) third place votes.
Note: The Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year cannot be nominated for or win both awards.

- Any transfer exception is not applicable (e.g., a student-athlete who transfers from an institution but did not play a sport is still not eligible for award).
- Nominators have the responsibility to make sure all qualifications are met.
Player of the Week: Each member will have the opportunity to nominate one offensive or defensive player each week through the SID.
All-Tournament: Coaches will select the All-Tournament Team as follows:
First place - MVP plus three All-Tournament
Second place - Three All-Tournament
