Emmanuel's Logue Named Week 9 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

               

HIGH POINT, N.C.Emmanuel College forward Hannah Logue has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Oct. 22-28, the Conference announced today. This marks her second POTW of the season and the third for Emmanuel.

A sophomore from Fairfield, Pa., Logue led Emmanuel to a 2-0 record last week with Conference Carolinas wins over Erskine and Lees-McRae. She would tally six points on two goals and two assists.

In a 2-1 win over Erskine, Logue would net the game-winner and dish an assist. She would duplicate her game-winning goal and assist in the Lions' 2-0 win over Lees-McRae to close out the regular season.


Belmont Abbey's Harding Named Week 8 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

               

HIGH POINT, N.C.Belmont Abbey College goalie Lauryn Harding has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Oct. 15-21, the Conference announced today.

Harding, a freshman from Fayetteville, N.C., was a force between the pipes for Belmont Abbey in a pair of Conference Carolinas wins last week. She posted 11 saves in 180 minutes of action and notched a pair of shutouts in the process.

In a 1-0 win over Emmanuel, Harding collected seven saves in 90 minutes of play. She would then post four saves in 90 minutes of action in a 5-0 shutout of Mount Olive.


Erskine's Cabral Named Week 7 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

               

HIGH POINT, N.C.Erskine College midfielder Devyn Cabral has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Oct. 8-14, the Conference announced today.

A sophomore from Land O Lakes, Fla., Cabral was the offensive catalyst behind Erskine's 2-0 record last week in conference play. She posted three goals, including two game-winners, for six points in the pair of wins.

Cabral would score the match-winner in overtime to give the Fleet a 2-1 win over Mount Olive to start the week. She would then score both of Erskine's goals in a 2-1 win over Barton.


Emmanuel's Lee Named Week 6 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

               

HIGH POINT, N.C.Emmanuel College forward Lindsay Lee has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Oct. 1-7, the Conference announced today. This marks her first POTW award of the season and the second for Emmanuel.

Lee, a sophomore from Lawrenceville, Ga., paced Emmanuel to a 1-0-1 record last week after tallying six points on two goals and two assists. In a 7-4 win over Southern Wesleyan, Lee would score two goals and dish two assists. Emmanuel would play to a 0-0 tie between Barton, Lee took nine shots in the contest.


Limestone's Shaw Named Week 5 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

               

HIGH POINT, N.C.Chowan University midfielder Sabrina Henderson has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Sept. 17-23, the Conference announced today.

Henderson, a sophomore from Lake Mary, Fla., led Chowan to a 5-1 victory over Southern Wesleyan last week in Conference Carolinas play. She would net eight points on four goals in the rout.


Chowan's Henderson Named Week 4 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

Limestone's O'Connor Named Week 3 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

               

HIGH POINT, N.C.Limestone College forward Megan O'Connor has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Sept. 10-16, the Conference announced today.

A senior from Mt. Pleasant, S.C., O'Connor put up seven points on three goals and an assist and led the No. 18 Saints to a 1-1 record last week. She would net Limestone's lone goal in a 3-1 loss to North Georgia, while producing two goals and an assist in a 5-0 Conference win over Converse.

Logue, a sophomore from Fairfield, Pa., put on an offensive show in Emmanuel's Conference Carolinas opener over King. In the 5-0 victory, Logue notched four goals on six shots, with five being on goal.


Mount Olive's Withaar Named Week 1 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

               

HIGH POINT, N.C.University of Mount Olive forward Raven Withaar has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Aug. 27 - Sept. 2, the Conference announced today.

A junior from Plainfield, Ill.,Withaar was the offensive catalyst behind Mount Olive's 1-1 record last week after notching nine points on four goals and one assist. In an 8-0 win over Lincoln (Pa.), she would tie the school record with four goals and dish out one helper to tally nine points. Witharr would be held scoreless in UMO's loss to Newberry.
