12 Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Players Earn USILA All-America Honors; Mount Olive's Urban Named Goalie of the Year


PERRY, N.Y.
- 12 Conference Carolinas men's lacrosse players were named to the 2018 USILA Division II All-America teams, the association announced recently. Headlining the group was University of Mount Olive's Will Urban, who was named the Division II Ensign C. Markland Kelly, Jr. Award (Outstanding Goalie).

Of the 12 players honored, five were from Mount Olive, while Belmont Abbey College posted four honorees. Limestone College added three players to the list.

In addition to his major award, Urban was the lone conference member named a first team All-America selection, while Belmont Abbey's Anthony Cesario was the lone second team selection.
