HIGH POINT, N.C. – University of Mount Olive's Jonathan Dahlke has been named the Conference Carolinas Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for meets ran during the week of Sept. 25 - Oct. 1, the Conference announced today. This marks UMO's second ROTW honor this season.
A senior from Cologne, Germany, Dahlke clocked a top 10 finish at the Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University. Dahlke's 8K time of 23:46 placed him in seventh-place overall, while also breaking teammate Adam Craig's old 8K record of 23:57.
